Granius Ltd grants term licences so you can offer the product under your brand to your own clients. You do not buy the source code unless a separate assignment is signed. We remain the licensor.

You offer the product under your brand to your own clients. Granius Ltd remains the software licensor for the term of the agreement.

  • Right to present the interface and commercial name as your own
  • Hosted delivery or an agreed deployment
  • Updates and support for the licensed term
  • A defined territory, term and permitted use

Brand and deploy

Granius Ltd configures, brands and hands the licensed product over so your operators can run it. Implementation is agreed separately from the licence.

  • Visual identity, naming and onboarding for your organisation
  • Configuration to your workflows where that is in scope
  • Handover to your operators
  • Then a running white-label licence as above
